These Campaign & Content Guidelines explain what types of campaigns, creator content, fan experiences, product drops, perks, rewards, digital collectibles, community activity, and promotional materials are allowed on FanSpark.
These Guidelines apply to all users of FanSpark, including creators, fans, supporters, collaborators, visitors, and anyone who submits, publishes, promotes, sells, claims, comments on, or interacts with content through FanSpark.

FanSpark is built for creators and fans who want to launch, expand, support, and participate in entertainment-based intellectual property, creative worlds, public domain adaptations, original stories, creator projects, product drops, collectibles, and fandom experiences.
FanSpark is intended to support:
FanSpark is not intended for scams, deceptive fundraising, investment offerings, illegal content, unsafe products, exploitative campaigns, infringing material, hate, harassment, adult sexual services, regulated goods, or content that creates legal, safety, payment, reputational, or platform risk.

FanSpark may allow campaigns such as:
Campaigns that introduce an original story, world, character, series, comic, game concept, animation concept, film concept, book, podcast, web series, or other entertainment IP.
Campaigns that invite fans to follow, support, vote on, or participate in the expansion of a fictional world, public domain adaptation, character universe, lore system, or creative setting.
Campaigns that allow fans to support a creator’s development journey, production milestone, pilot, prototype, concept art pass, writing phase, proof-of-concept, or other creative goal.
Campaigns that offer merchandise, physical products, limited drops, pre-orders, bundles, collectibles, printed goods, or other creator-related products.
Campaigns that offer fan perks, acknowledgments, early access, digital downloads, behind-the-scenes content, badges, physical rewards, community access, or other fan benefits.
Campaigns that allow fans to claim, purchase, collect, display, or optionally mint digital collectibles connected to a creator, IP, campaign, or FanSpark experience.
Campaigns that adapt, reinterpret, expand, remix, or build fan experiences around public domain works, provided the creator has properly verified the rights status and does not misuse protected adaptations, trademarks, newer illustrations, or third-party materials.
Campaigns should be clear, honest, complete, and fan-readable. Creators should avoid fog-machine language that makes a campaign sound bigger, safer, more complete, or more guaranteed than it actually is.
A campaign should clearly explain:
FanSpark may reject, pause, or request edits to campaigns that are vague, misleading, incomplete, low-quality, high-risk, or likely to confuse fans.
Creators must not misrepresent:
Creators must promptly update campaigns if material facts change.
If a creator offers perks, products, rewards, access, digital items, or collectibles, the creator is responsible for fulfilling those promises unless FanSpark expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

FanSpark may allow mature fictional themes at its discretion if they are lawful, appropriately labeled, non-exploitative, and consistent with platform standards, but FanSpark may restrict or remove such content at any time.

FanSpark may support projects inspired by public domain works, but creators must be careful.

Creators using public domain material must:
FanSpark may remove or restrict public domain-based campaigns that create legal, brand, or user-confusion risk.
If a creator uses licensed IP, third-party characters, brand names, music, artwork, celebrity likenesses, or other protected materials, the creator must have the rights needed for that use.
FanSpark may request proof of rights, including licenses, written permissions, releases, contracts, or ownership documentation.
FanSpark may remove or restrict content if rights are unclear, disputed, expired, incomplete, or unverifiable.
FanSpark may allow creators to use AI-assisted tools or upload AI-assisted content, subject to these Guidelines and applicable law.
Creators using AI-assisted content must:
FanSpark may label, restrict, or remove AI-assisted content at its discretion.
Digital collectible campaigns must be especially clear because fans may misunderstand collectibles as investments.
